About

BFRA was organized in 1972 to maintain property set aside within the Bradley Forest subdivision for parks and recreation.

It was incorporated in 1973 and since that time has been operated by its members.  The corporation is governed by its board of officers which the membership elects yearly.

The membership meets several times each year to conduct business.  During the annual meeting the membership elects five corporate officers.  Each officer is elected by a majority vote and serves his/her term for 12 months on a volunteer basis.  All positions are unpaid.

All members are expected to contribute to the overall maintenance and beatification of the property, and adhere to the rules and by-laws set forth by the board of officers.
