The Bradley Forest Recreation Association met on Saturday April 10 from 10 a.m. to noon. The purpose of the meetings was to pay annual dues, exchange keys to the Run and hold officer elections. Unfortunately no one stayed longer than to get the key and pay dues. The officers will continue in the present positions until next year’s meeting.

We will have a brief meeting on Saturday April 27, 2019 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the clubhouse to collect old keys and pass out new ones. Due to the large number of keys which do not get returned, a $25 refundable key deposit will be added this year for all members and from this point forward for all new members. Each member will need to fill out and sign a new copy of the rules and the release of liability form. The lock will be changed Saturday morning (April 27th) before the meeting. As always you may make out your check to Bradley Forest Recreation Association for $125; we will also accept cash. Don’t forget to bring your 2018 key with you. We hope to see you there.

Bradley Forest Recreation Association will be having a member meeting on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the club house. The lock on the Run will be changed before the meeting starts. To renew your membership bring your old key and a check made out to Bradley Forrest Recreation Association or $100 cash for the 2018 dues.

The Bradley Forest Recreation Association (BFRA) is civic association, made up of homeowners from the Bradley Forest subdivision, committed to maintaining and preserving land set aside for parks and recreation when the subdivision was created.

There are two parcels of land maintained by the BFRA. One is located at 11508 Smithfield Road and is adjacent to the Moose Lodge.

 

This property has a club house built by the members which can be used by the members for their enjoyment.

 

The other parcel, 11602 Sinclair Lane, is located on Broad Run and is the location of the boat ramp.]
